Hour Table was born inside UXD Academy™—the college for career switchers who want to break into AI and design. We noticed something: the best students didn’t just want theory. They wanted to prove themselves on real projects.

In 2022, Hour Table was established as UXD Academy’s invite-only apprenticeship program, where top talent works directly with businesses to build AI-powered systems that solve real-world problems.

For companies, this means getting world-class automations without the bloat of big agencies. For apprentices, it means graduating with more than a certificate—they leave with a portfolio of wins, a salary standard, and career offers waiting.
